General Rental Policies:

Four nights minimum stay.

Christmas Holidays: 10 day minimum rental is required.

Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons 

Check-in time is 3:00PM Check-out time is 11:00AM

Telephone: All local calls are free. Long distance calls must be made with a credit card or calling card. 

Housekeeping: $85.00 for normal out cleaning is added to all quoted rates.

The condo is non-smoking only.

Reservation and Payment:

A $200.00 refundable damage deposit is required within 7 days of your reservation request to hold the reservation.

The total rent (in addition to the deposit) is due 45 days before arrival. 

Hawaii Tax is added to all quoted rates, currently at 11.41%.

Refund of the damage deposit will be sent back to you within 2 weeks after your departure, less extraordinary cleaning or any damages that exceed normal wear and tear.

Security of Condominium:

When you rent this condominium you assume full responsibility for it and its contents, as well as your own personal property. Please lock all doors and windows when you leave. Security safe is provided.
